Company Anticipates Historic First Day That World’s Leading Cannabidiol Product, Real Scientific Hemp Oil™(RSHO-X™), Begins Shipping to Mexico
San Diego, CA – February 05, 2016 – HempMeds® Mexico is the sales, marketing, and distribution company for the first cannabidiol (CBD) hemp oil product granted special permission by the Mexican government for import. On Feb. 2, 2016, the country’s health administration, known as COFEPRIS, issued the first two import permits.
This historic decision now makes HempMeds® Mexico’s RSHO-X™ product available for use nationwide. The Company is now accepting orders and will begin shipping RSHO-X™ to Mexico on Feb. 8, 2016.
In the U.S., CBD hemp oil products are considered welness products. Hemp oil products are readily available online from HempMeds® and can be shipped throughout the United States, territories, and districts.
However, much like the importation process in Brazil, the Mexican government currently considers RSHO-X™ a medication that requires a doctor’s prescription and import permit.

That decision forced the government to overhaul its marijuana laws, and the nation is encouraged to get involved in the public debate.
