Ingredients:
- 3 avocados, peeled plus pitted and mashed
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ cup diced onion
- 3 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 roma tomatoes

- 1 pinch cayenne pepper, optional

Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes
- 8 ounces button mushrooms, sliced
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 cups fresh spinach
- ½ cup marinara sauce
- 12 ounces whole wheat penne, cooked
- 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions:
- In a large skillet with lid, heat olive oil over medium-low heat.
- Add in garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook until garlic softens – about 2 minutes.

- Add in spinach and cover skillet. Let spinach wilt for 2 minutes.
- Remove lid and stir in the pasta sauce. Remove the skillet from the heat, and let rest for 5 minutes.

Ingredients:
- 6 ounces fresh blueberries
- ⅔ cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup tablespoons granola
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of cinnamon

Instructions:
- Use a double-boiler at low heat and gently blend honey with RSHO™ Liquid. Set aside.
