2. ARE YOUR CBD PRODUCTS LEGAL?
Yes. CBD products made from hemp are federally legal in the United States. The legality of CBD oil products in the U.S. was reinforced recently with the passing of the 2018 Farm Bill, which fully removed hemp from the Controlled Substances Act, making it a commercial commodity in the country.

3. ARE YOUR CBD PRODUCTS INTOXICATING?
No. CBD itself is non-intoxicating, so they won’t impair your ability.
All our CBD oil products start with the same high CBD, low THC (less than 0.3%) hemp oil. The level of THC in our products is far too low to cause euphoric effects.

4. DO CANNABIDIOL (CBD) AND OTHER NATURAL HEMP BASED CONSTITUENTS SHOW UP ON A DRUG TEST?
Most workplace drug screens and tests target Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and do not detect the presence of cannabidiol (CBD). However, studies have shown that eating hemp foods and oils can, in rare cases, cause confirmed positive results when screening urine and blood specimens.
Accordingly, if you are subject to any form of drug testing, we recommend (as does the United States Military) that you do not ingest any hemp products, including our products, before consulting with your healthcare provider, drug screening/testing company, or employer.
5. ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE?
Yes. Because our CBD oil is non-intoxicating and put through rigorous safety measures, including our Triple Lab Tested® process, to ensure their safety and top quality. 6. DO I NEED A MEDICAL CARD TO BUY YOUR PRODUCTS?
No. Our products are not medical marijuana. Because our products are made from hemp, there is no need to obtain a doctor’s recommendation or to live in a legal medical marijuana state to have our products delivered to your door. However, before beginning any new health routine, it is suggested you consult your doctor.
7. HOW MUCH CBD SHOULD I TAKE?
This is a difficult question to answer because our customers find differences in their personally optimal serving size. Our CBD oil products have suggested serving sizes between a few milligrams and hundreds of milligrams of CBD. The answer to this question will also depend on your preferred method of using CBD oil and your budget for CBD products.

8. WILL YOUR PRODUCTS CURE/TREAT MY…?
Due to FDA regulations, Medical Marijuana, Inc. is not able to recommend our products for the treatment or diagnosis of any medical conditions. The FDA is currently working on regulations for the new CBD market.

10. IS CBD FROM HEMP THE SAME AS CBD FROM MARIJUANA?
As far as your body is concerned, CBD is CBD, regardless of whether it comes from marijuana or hemp. However, there are several important differences between CBD products from hemp and marijuana, including legality, potency, intoxicating effects, and more.
