The cannabidiol (CBD) hemp oil contained in our Green Label is the closest of our three RSHO® types to the organic makeup of the natural hemp plant. Because we do not decarboxylate** this oil after it is extracted from the hemp plant, the resulting oil is kept in its raw form – akin to juicing the hemp. That means that the cannabinoids present in the oil are still in their acidic form. Higher in cannabidiolic acid or CBDa than CBD, the RSHO® Green Label is good for those looking to draw on the effects of these unadulterated phytocannabinoids. Our CBD hemp oil also contains Omega 3 & 6 fatty acids and a full spectrum of essential vitamins and minerals, including beta-carotene, which is often lacking in most diets.
The same pure CBD hemp oil as the Green Label, our Blue Label RSHO® has been decarboxylated** to change the molecular structure of the cannabinoids, maximizing its content of CBD. Containing around 17% CBD by weight, depending on the batch, RSHO® Blue Label is an excellent source of CBD without sacrificing the oil’s vital amino acids, while the unfiltered chlorophyll is a source of over a dozen essential vitamins and minerals.
Like the Blue Label RSHO®, our Gold Label product is decarboxylated** to provide the maximum possible concentration of CBD, approximately 24% per batch. However, our Gold Label CBD hemp oil is also put through an additional state-of-the-art filtration process to remove excess plant material, waxes, and chlorophyll, giving the oil its distinctive color and clean, refined taste.

**In the raw hemp or marijuana plant, cannabinoids are present in their acidic form, such as THCa and CBDa. Heating the cannabinoids causes them to decarboxylate or lose a carboxyl group (CO2+H), “activating” them for use by the endocannabinoid system. This is the process that turns THCa to THC and CBDa to CBD. Decarboxylation changes the cannabinoids on a molecular level, allowing them to “fit” or bind to the body’s CB receptors.
