Earlier this week, the Medical Marijuana, Inc. team enjoyed lunch and shared laughs during a costume contest to celebrate this year’s annual Halloween holiday. The party gathered everyone together from our portfolio and subsidiary companies that work in our San Diego headquarters.
The event began with an epic costume contest, as many members of our team tapped into their creative side and came up with some imaginative get-ups. For a few hours, the office was taken over by a spooktacular outfit of characters, including a pirate, Dracula, and imaginary movie characters Beetlejuice, The Mad Hatter, Cruella de Vil, and Emperor Kuzco.
With CMW Media Director of Operations Kyle Porter as emcee, and MJNA CEO Dr. Stuart Titus and KannawayTM CEO Blake Schroeder serving as judges, contestants showed off their fantastic costume creations one-by-one in a procession.
A Halloween party wouldn’t be complete without food. After the presentation of costumes, the entire MJNA family sat down to enjoy a catered lunch. Over burritos and burrito bowls from Chipotle, the team enjoyed catching up with each other and waiting for the winners of the costume contest to be announced.
Dressed as World War II cultural icon Rosie the Riveter, HempMeds® Customer Service Representative Priscilla Viramontes took home one of our grand prizes.
