(<a href=\"http:\/\/finance.yahoo.com\/q?s=MJNA.PK\">OTC: PK\u00a0 MJNA<\/a> and \u201cCompany\u201d) is proud to announce that it has elected Vincent \u201cTripp\u201d Keber III to serve on the Board of Directors of the Company, effective immediately.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Keber previously accepted the position of President and CEO of the Company subsidiary Red Dice Holdings, LLC and is responsible for the overall strategy, licensing, branding and expansion efforts related to the various medical marijuana and hemp related portfolio companies associated with MJNA. In addition, Mr. Keber is President of the Manufacturing and Non-Pharmaceutical Division of the Company charged with overseeing research and development, sales and marketing of hemp related products both domestically and internationally.\u00a0 He also holds the position of Managing Director for Dixie Elixirs &amp; Edibles LLC (www.dixieelixirs.com), which is recognized by the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.colorado.gov\/cs\/Satellite\/Rev-MMJ\/CBON\/1251581331216\">State of Colorado Medical Marijuana Enforcement Division (MMED)<\/a> as a medical marijuana infused products manufacturer.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Keber is a Founding Member and current Board Director of the National Cannabis Industry Association (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ncia.org\/\">www.NCIA.org<\/a>) and also serves on the Advisory Board of the Colorado Medical Marijuana Industry Group.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, Mr. Keber served as Chief Operating Officer for Bella Terra Realty Holdings, LLC and EVP of Business Development for Sagebrush Realty Development.\u00a0 He has a BS in Political Science from Villanova University and currently resides in both Aspen and Denver, CO with his family is involved in several charitable organizations located within his community.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Company continually strives to find exceptional individuals that will help forge the path that will take us\u00a0 into the new era of medical cannabis and hemp related product,\u201d said Michael Llamas, President of Medical Marijuana Inc.\u00a0 &#8220;We are very excited to add Tripp to our Board and look forward to the leadership that he will add as part of the foundation of Medical Marijuana, Inc.
