After volunteering at Southern California VA housing program, Quinn learned first hand the benefits CBD was having on the veterans he met and set about finding a way to provide those same effects for Dante by partnering with veterinarians and animal health specialists. He is also the Vice President and current liaison for the California RVT Association and member at large for the National Association of Veterinary Technicians in America. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Liz Hughston, MEd., RVT, CVT, VTS (SAIM, ECC)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is the President-Elect of the Academy of Internal Medicine Veterinary Technicians. She has been practicing as a veterinary technician in California for more than a decade and is an adjunct professor at the Penn Foster College Veterinary Technology Program. She is a frequent and sought-after national and international speaker on topics such as critical care, emergency, small animal internal medicine and professional development. In 2013, she received CaRVTA\u2019s inaugural RVT of the Year Award.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>William Muir III, DVM, Ph.D., DACVAA, DACVECC<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, nicknamed the \u201cGodfather of Anesthesia and Pain Management in Veterinary Medicine,\u201d has served as Chief Medical Officer for The Animal Medical Center of New York and was a Professor of the Department of Veterinary Clinical Sciences at The Ohio State University for 37 years. He is board certified in veterinary anesthesia and veterinary medicine and critical care, a fellow of the American Academy of Clinical Pharmacology, regional director of the International Veterinary Academy of Pain Management and a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association. He earned his bachelor\u2019s and veterinary degrees (DVM) from Michigan State University and his MS and Ph.D. from The Ohio State University.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Robert J. Klostermann, DVM<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, has practiced veterinary medicine for 60 years and established the Middleton Veterinary Hospital in 1978.
